Returns and Exchanges
You may return eligible merchandise within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in perfect condition, including all original jewelry boxes, pouches, and packaging materials.
Products that have been worn, damaged from wear, or altered are not eligible for return or refund.
Products produced on demand (custom orders) are not eligible for returns unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
Manufacturing Defects
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, we are happy to offer:
A replacement of the item, or
A full refund, including shipping costs.
Please submit clear photos showing the defect with your return request so our team can assess the issue quickly.
Important Notes
Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment once your returned item has been received and inspected.
Items returned without original packaging or showing signs of wear may be refused.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange, please fill out the Return Form below. If your return involves a manufacturing defect or visible damage, we kindly ask you to attach clear photographs of the product to your request.
Once your form is submitted, we will review your information and provide detailed instructions on how to return your item.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above. Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable time after we receive and inspect your return.
